I did not receive my owner’s welcome package in the mail.
You will receive your Can-Am Spyder welcome package within three months of taking delivery of your new roadster if your dealer has registered your unit with a valid mailing address. If you have registered your roadster under a company name, you will not receive the welcome package.
I would like to submit my application for my 5K, 25K or 100K achievement pin.
To receive your 5K, 25K or 100K achievement pin, you must first be registered on the Can-Am roadster Website as an owner. To create a new account as an owner, click on the “Register” button at the upper right-hand side of the Website and follow the steps, using your VIN (vehicle identification number).

Once you have created your owner account, click on “Sign In” in the upper right-hand corner of the Website. Once you have signed in, click on the “My Profile” link on the upper right-hand corner. Once you are in your profile, click on the “Get My Achievement Pin” button under your photo, as shown in the image below:

You will be taken to a screen as shown below where you will be required to submit a photo of your odometer as well as a photo of yourself with your Can-Am Spyder. Click on “Submit”.

You will then be taken to a confirmation screen. At this point you will also have the chance to validate your mailing address if it is incorrect in our system.

Your request will be processed by BRP. Once your request is approved, you will be sent the achievement pin(s) for which you qualify within two months of your request.

I have created a club but cannot find it on the map.
If you cannot find your club on the map, first of all make sure that your club has been approved by BRP. This process can take up to two days.

If your club has been approved and you still cannot find it on the map, the problem may be that the club is not correctly positioned geographically in the Website’s system. To verify that your club’s position on the map is correct, sign in to your member profile by clicking on the “Sign In” link in the top center of the Website and then the “My Profile” link in the top center of the Website.

Go to the “Club” tab of your profile and select “Edit My Club”. You will then be taken through the steps to edit all of the details of your club, including the club’s position on the map. At each screen, you need to click on “Next Step” to go to the next screen. On the third screen, you will find a map. Use the zoom in and zoom out function to find the club’s location on the map and center the cursor on the exact geographic location. Click on “Next Step” to confirm the geographic location. You will be taken to the final screen to edit your club’s image that appears online. Click on “Next Step”. You will then see a validation screen where you can review all details of your club. Click on “Next Step” to confirm all of the details.
